Digital products are provided for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated. You must not:

Fresh Juice Products
Moon Mama may offer freshly prepared fruit and vegetable juices for local collection and/or delivery.
Our juices are prepared using fresh ingredients and are intended to be consumed within the storage and use-by guidance provided with the product. Because our juices are made using natural ingredients, there may be natural variations in:

Taste
Texture
Appearance
Juice yield
These variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective. Produce descriptions and photographs are provided as a guide. Actual products may vary slightly.
Children's Products & Juices
Our children's juice range is designed with families and young children in mind. Parents and carers are responsible for deciding whether a particular product is appropriate for their child.
Moon Mama's children's juices are not intended to be a substitute for breast milk, infant formula or a balanced diet, and our products should not be given to babies where the product or accompanying guidance indicates that it is unsuitable.
Please check the ingredients and product information before giving any juice to a child. If your child has a medical condition, food allergy, dietary restriction or nutritional concern, please seek appropriate professional advice before introducing new foods or drinks.
Juice Storage & Consumption
Fresh juice is a perishable product. Customers must follow the storage and consumption instructions provided on the product label or accompanying information.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product:
Keep juice refrigerated.
Do not leave fresh juice unrefrigerated for extended periods.
Observe the stated use-by date.
Consume the product within the recommended period after opening.
Do not consume a product if the packaging appears damaged, leaking, swollen or otherwise compromised.
Once a product has been delivered, Moon Mama cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by incorrect storage, prolonged exposure to unsuitable temperatures or failure to follow the product's storage instructions.
Placing a Juice Order
When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing accurate:
Name
Email address
Telephone number
Delivery address
Order details
Relevant delivery instructions
Once an order has been submitted, we will provide confirmation where applicable. An order is subject to product availability and our acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:
A product is unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or product description error
We are unable to fulfil the order
There is a suspected payment or fraud issue
Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
Juice Availability
Because our juices are freshly prepared and made using fresh produce, availability may occasionally be affected by:

Seasonal produce
Supplier availability
Food safety requirements
Equipment failure
Unexpected operational circumstances
Where we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will contact the customer and discuss an appropriate alternative, rescheduling or refund.
Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider, currently Stripe. Moon Mama does not have access to your full payment card details processed through Stripe.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Promotions & Offers
From time to time, Moon Mama may offer discounts, promotional codes, bundles or special offers. Unless otherwise stated:
Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Promotional codes must be entered correctly at checkout.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend an offer where necessary.
